About Us

Our Aim

Our aim is always to ensure that as much money as possible gets in to the hands of researchers who are working to find a cure. Administration costs to run our Foundation have always been incredibly low - less than 4% of our overall revenue. Carrie Bickmore awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia
Congratulations to our very own Carrie Bickmore OAM for being awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia. We are so proud to see our incredible Founder and Chair recognised for her work raising awareness of brain cancer, advocating for Government funding and raising much needed funds for vital research.
From this day back in 2015 we had no idea the journey you had started us on. You work so hard to have a positive impact on brain cancer sufferers and their families all around the country, in honour of your late husband Greg. Since this day the support has been overwhelming and your Foundation has now raised over $17m for brain cancer research.  We are so thrilled to see you recognised for all the hard work you do, hopefully one day no-one else will lose someone they love to this horrible disease.
