How it started
In May 2015, Carrie Bickmore won the prestigious Gold Logie, dedicating it to her late husband Greg, who passed away following a 10-year battle with brain cancer.
Carrie went on to establish Carrie’s Beanies 4 Brain Cancer Foundation to raise desperately needed funds for research into this devastating disease.

Our Mission
Carrie's Beanies 4 Brain Cancer is committed to supporting vital brain cancer research, to improve survival rates and create a brighter future for brain cancer patients and their families.
Thanks to the generosity and support of Australians, we're proud to be supporting the brilliant researchers at The Brain Cancer Centre.
We want to see a day where no family has to lose someone they love to brain cancer. With your support, we can make a real difference. We can't do it without you.

Our Aim
Our aim is always to ensure that as much money as possible gets into the hands of researchers who are working to find a cure. We keep our administration costs incredibly low — less than 4% of our overall revenue.
The Brain Cancer Centre
Founded by Carrie’s Beanies 4 Brain Cancer in partnership with WEHI and supported by the Victorian Government, The Brain Cancer Centre brings together the brightest medical research minds working towards our vision: that one day no lives are lost to brain cancer
