1.      Promotion

This Promotion is conducted by Carrie Bickmore's Beanies 4 Brain Cancer Limited as trustee for Carrie Bickmore’s Beanies 4 Brain Cancer Foundation (ABN 43 559 052 914) as the promoter (CB4BC).

2.      Entry

Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions (Conditions). If you do not agree with any part of these Conditions you should not enter the Promotion or accept any prize resulting from entry into the Promotion.

3.      Entry Period

The Promotion commences at 12:01am Melbourne time on Monday, 12 October 2026, and concludes at 11:59pm Melbourne time on Wednesday, 18 November 2026 (Entry Period).

4.      Eligibility and Entry Restrictions

The Promotion is only open to Eligible Entrants. An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who, at the time of entry:

4.1       is a resident of Australia aged 18 years or older, or is aged 13 to 17 years and has the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter and accept the prize; and

4.2       is not an employee of CB4BC or any of its related corporations or suppliers; and

4.3       is not a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, child or sibling of an employee of CB4BC.

Entries from persons who are not Eligible Entrants are excluded from the Promotion and will not be considered.

5.      Entry Method

5.1       To enter, Eligible Entrants must register for Team CB4BC 2026 Point to Pinnacle fundraising at https://pointtopinnacle2026.grassrootz.com/cb4bc and raise $1,000 or more in eligible donations recorded against their registered fundraising page.

5.2       No separate entry fee is payable, and making a donation does not itself constitute an entry.

5.3       CB4BC will automatically record one entry for each Eligible Entrant whose registered Team CB4BC 2026 Point to Pinnacle fundraising page shows at least $1,000 in eligible donations by the end of the Entry Period. No separate entry form is required; Eligible Entrants must keep their registration contact details up to date.

5.4       Where a team has a single Team CB4BC 2026 Point to Pinnacle fundraising page, the team captain will automatically receive an entry if the team captain is an Eligible Entrant and the page shows at least $1,000 in eligible donations by the end of the Entry Period.

5.5       Only one entry per person is permitted.

6.      Draw and Prize Details

6.1       The prize draw will be conducted randomly and electronically at D1, 33 Mackey Street, North Geelong, Victoria 3215 at 12:00pm Melbourne time on Tuesday, 24 November 2026. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn.

6.2       The first valid entry drawn will be deemed the winner.

6.3       The prize consists of:

  • 5 nights accommodation at Hard Rock Hotel Maldives for 2 guests
  • Direct return flights from Melbourne to Malé for 2 people
  • One child (11 and under) stays free, sleeping on existing bedding with all dining inclusions (from kids menu only) and transfers
  • Return round trip shared speedboat transfers to and from Malé
  • Early check-in and late checkout, subject to availability
  • Daily buffet breakfast at Sessions
  • Nightly dinner across 14 venues
  • Daily US$40 dinner credit per adult to use at Ministry of Crab, Nihonbashi Blue, Carne Diem and Kahlu Odi
  • Complimentary use of snorkelling gear, kayaks and pedal boats

6.4       The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond CB4BC's control, CB4BC may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.

6.5       If an invalid entry is drawn, CB4BC will conduct additional draws until a valid entry is selected.

7.      Prize Notification and Claim

7.1       The winner will be notified in writing by email at the address supplied at registration within two business days after the draw. If the winner is under 18, CB4BC may require confirmation of parental or legal guardian consent before awarding the prize.

7.2       The winner’s first initial, surname and postcode will be published on the CB4BC website https://carriesbeanies4braincancer.com within 7 days after the draw, subject to applicable law. If the winner is under 18, CB4BC will not publish their identifying details without the consent of their parent or legal guardian.

7.3       The prize must be claimed within 28 days of notification by responding to CB4BC's email and providing any information reasonably required to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. CB4BC will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the prize is not claimed within this time frame, the prize will be deemed forfeited, subject to applicable law.

7.4       In the event of forfeiture, CB4BC will conduct an unclaimed prize draw at 12:00pm Melbourne time on Thursday, 14 January 2027 at the same location, to determine a new winner from the remaining valid entries. The new winner will be notified by email within two business days after that draw, and their details will be published in accordance with the winner publication provision, subject to applicable law.

8.      General Conditions

8.1       CB4BC reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions, acting reasonably and subject to applicable law.

8.2       CB4BC may cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval. CB4BC will notify entrants of any material change through the CB4BC website.

8.3       To the extent permitted by law, CB4BC accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any technical issues beyond its reasonable control that may interfere with entry. Nothing in these Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

8.4       CB4BC will collect and use entrants' personal information to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners and award the prize.

8.5       These Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
